An internet sleuth from Laxey is in the space media spotlight after correctly identifying China's first woman astronaut.
Tony Quine predicted 24 year-old fighter pilot Liu Yang was among six so-called taikonauts in contention for China's first manned docking mission last week.
It was a crucial step in China's project to build its own space station by 2020.
Tony discovered Liu's name through investigative online research, which began when he spotted signatures on a philatelic issue bearing the taikonauts' pictures.
Since the launch last week, he's been contacted by international media curious to know how he did it.
Tony told us he's watched his information circulate worldwide:

'Significant dredging works' in Douglas Harbour
'Operational reasons' and tidal restrictions delay Heysham sailing schedule
