
Deputy Chief Constable Gary Roberts says winning Investors in People gold status proves the police force can adapt in challenging times.
The Manx constabulary is the only force in Britain to have achieved gold status after independent adjudicators interviewed staff at all levels about the organisation.
Mr Roberts says he’s proud of the achievement, given for high levels of staff development.
And he says it’s come at a time when police have had budgets cut.
