The case involving Isle of Man based millionaire Trevor Baines and his wife has been adjourned to next month.
The pair appeared in court yesterday (Friday) on charges relating to money laundering.
Sixty eight year old Mr Baines is charged with assisting another with the proceeds of crime and of falsifying records.
Forty-nine year-old Wendy Baines is accused of false accounting.
No pleas were entered and their advocate asked for the adjournment.
Bail conditions remain the same, except for the fact Mr Baines must now report to police headquarters just once a week, previously he had been required to do so daily.
They will appear in court again on April 25.
