Former soldier accused of stabbing
A jury has been sent out to consider its verdict in the trial of a former soldier accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend.
Lee Dillon is accused of fracturing her eye socket before stabbing her three times at his home in Marown in August 2016.
The 28 year-old denies wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and an alternative charge of unlawful wounding.
Deemster Montgomerie is presiding over the trial at Douglas Courthouse.
