
Tynwald has paid tribute to a former Castletown MHK Elspeth Quayle who passed away earlier this month at the age of 92
Mrs Quayle represented the town for 10 years between 1971 and 1981, and was also a town commissioner and Justice of the Peace.
She left the Island in 1984 when she moved to Cirencester.
