Bosses stress safety measure is temporary
Two Island swimming pools temporarily closed as a precautionary Covid measure.
Members of staff at both the western and northern pools in Peel and Ramsey, have been linked with one of the locations visited by a Covid-positive person.
It's after two people tested positive for the virus after completing their 14-day isolation, and in doing so visited six locations.
It happened in a seven-day period before they knew they had Covid-19.
Anyone who's visited the same places at certain times are asked to self-isolate and contact 111 if they develop any symptoms.
The western pool has now reopened following the latest government guidelines.
