Two men jailed for robbing Mark Cavendish at knifepoint

Intruders sentenced to 15 and 12 years respectively

Two men have been jailed for robbing the Olympic cyclist Mark Cavendish and his wife at knifepoint.

Intruders, wearing balaclavas, broke into their family home in November 2021 and threatened to stab the Manxman before taking belongings worth 700 thousand pounds.

Romario Henry and Ali Sesay have been sentenced to 15 and 12 years respectively.
