24-hour traffic lights in place
Two months worth of disruption begins today on one of the main routes between Douglas and the south.
Work is underway on Richmond Hill to improve drainage in the area and combat flash floods.
Twenty-four-hour traffic lights will be in place along certain points of the road, as well as speed limits of 30mph.
