To allow for resurfacing work
A two-week closure of Victoria Street in Douglas starts today.
It's to allow for resurfacing work along the route following the installation of a new pedestrian crossing.
The closure came into force at 6am and will stay in place until 6pm on Sunday, 2 April.
The taxi rank at the top end of Victoria Street has been moved temporarily to outside Conister Bank at the lower end of Victoria Street, with access via the rear lane that connects with Regent Street.
