Recruitment agency finds not all candidates want to relocate
A local recruitment agency believes there aren't enough vacancies on the Isle of Man to attract workers from further afield.
Ambitions has found it difficult filling posts in the healthcare and hospitality sectors for some time.
However, those seeking work aren't always interested in these areas.
It comes after the treasury minister said the Isle of Man "needs to work hard" to fill vacancies with skilled workers from overseas.
Sharon Kissack from the company admits off-Island candidates don't necessarily want to relocate:
DHSC looking to 'map clear way forward' over bed shortages
Mother's Day recognition for women who ‘shape our community’
New clerk for Arbory and Rushen Commissioners
Strike off process against companies with out-of-date information starts
