The Viking longhouse at the Ardwhallan Outdoor Pursuits Centre is starting to come together.
Teams from Scottish Provident have spent the last couple of days building up the dry stone walls of the structure.
The ongoing fruits of their labour will be shown to staff and their families at an open day at the end of the month.
Ardwhallan's Outdoor Education Officer, Paul Young, says, when it's completed, the longhouse will be used to provide visitors with an authentic Viking experience:
Meningitis B vaccination scheme to be rolled out on-Island
Balthane Roundabout plans on hold until 2027/28 as costs rise
Port St Mary lifeboat launched to rescue stricken fishing vessel
Enquiries ongoing after 'shotgun-like sound' heard near Police Headquarters
