Flight disruption caused by the volcano in Iceland seems likely to have an impact on schools in the Isle of Man, as teachers struggle to return from their Easter holidays.
Minister for Education and Children Eddie Teare says a decision on possible, or partial, closures on Monday will be made late on Sunday night.
Manx Radio will broadcast the announcement from first thing on Monday morning, and the information will be posted on our website as soon as it becomes available.
Mr Teare says some teachers in far flung places already know they won't make it home for at least a week, but the department wants to give others as much chance as possible to get back.
He says that's why the decision is being left so late:
