
Now Tynwald has approved the Central Douglas Masterplan, the Economic Development Minister is keen for things to get moving.
Members voted overwhelmingly in favour of the document yesterday, with only Onchan MHK David Quirk being against it.
The masterplan seeks private sector investment, in order to transform parts of the capital over the coming years.
