Wildlife Park cafe operator won't have to pay rent for three months

Search for new company to take over facility

Government is trying to find a new operator to run the café at Curraghs Wildlife Park.

The Department of Infrastructure says it won’t charge rent for the first three months to allow the successful company an ‘appropriate amount of time to set up’.

Anyone interested is asked to put forward their proposed monthly rent and preferred lease term – the closing date for applications is 21 October.

The park welcomed almost 59,000 visitors last year.
