Children appeal for action to cut use of plastics
Some of the youngest attendees at this week's climate change protest outside Tynwald hope the Isle of Man Government listens to their message.
A group of local residents concerned about the amount of single-use plastic being thrown away gathered on Prospect Hill yesterday.
The protest was organised by the Isle of Man Student Climate Network, but also attracted support from a number of families.
These two youngsters told Manx Radio why the issue is so important to them:
Rapist who 'terrorised' his victim told his sentence was 'entirely justified'
Discovery of oiled birds 'makes a mockery of our biosphere status'
Charges now in place for those sending parcels to the EU
Creamery managing director to leave role
