There were good performances from the Manx contingent at the English Schools Cross Country Championship on Saturday.
Running for Merseyside, Gemma Astin finished 18th out of 325 in the inter-girls event.
Sarah Astin was also an impressive 12th out of 335 in the junior girls, while Sam Brand took 235th place out of 325 competitors in the senior boys.
