Manx 'old firm' to kick start new football season
Premier League reigning champions St Georges will start their title defence with a trip to St Johns on September 2, while there’ll be a Manx old firm clash with Rushen hosting Peel.
The 2017/18 senior men’s fixtures have been released.
Elsewhere on the opening day, Douglas Athletic will entertain last season’s runners-up Corinthians, newly promoted Douglas Royal welcome Ramsey, Laxey are home to Division Two champions Braddan, and Colby are the visitors to the Bowl to face St Mary’s.
In Division Two, new boys Union Mills welcome Marown, whilst Ayre United visit Michael United.
