Runner records time of 2 hours 40 minutes and 11 seconds
Christian Varley won the Microgaming Isle of Man Marathon this weekend in a time of 2 hours 40 minutes and 11 seconds.
He finished more than 11 minutes before his Manx Fell Runners teammate Shaun McEntee who came second with a time of 2 hours 51 minutes and 59 seconds.
Kelly Butler was the first woman to finish, placing 17th overall with a time of 3 hours 18 minutes and 59 seconds.
The half marathon was won by Corrin Leeming in a time of 1 hour 11 minutes and 50 seconds.
