St George’s 10-0 Ramsey
Corinthians 2-0 Rushen United
Reigning champions St George’s are back in a familiar position.
That’s after they demolished Ramsey 10-0 at Glencrutchery Road on Sunday to return to the summit of the Canada Life Premier League.
A Ciaran McNulty hat-trick, a Chris Bass double and further goals from skiper Sean Quaye, Frank Jones, Jack McVeigh, Johnny Fee, plus an own goal, did the damage.
Meanwhile, the side St George’s beat in Boxing Day’s Railway Cup Final suffered another setback.
Rushen United went down to a surprise 2-0 defeat at Corinthians after a first half goal from Louis Thornton and an own goal.
