Peel athlete Keith Gerrard has been selected to represent Great Britain at the World Cross-Country Championships in Jordan later this month.
It's his first senior international call-up.
Gerrard finished sixth in Saturday's Inter-Counties selection race at Nottingham on Saturday.
The first three finishers gained automatic selection, but the remaining places have gone to the next three in the race as the order was sorted out in the final stages of the contest. Indeed, Gerrad finished only five seconds outside the bronze medal position.
