
Manx driver Mark Higgins has been declared the provisional winner of yesterday's British Rally Championship round in Yorkshire.
His big rival Guy Wilks finished first......but Mark's team put in a protest about a technical infringement.
Wilks had his car examined, and organisers then took the decision to exclude him from the results. It's understood Mitsubishi will launch an appeal.
