 
                            Manx star faces Thailand challenge
Manx professional Darryl Hill is in first round action at the UK Snooker Championship in York this afternoon.
The 19 year-old from Colby faces world number 51 Thepchaiya Un-Nooh from Thailand in the best of nine frames contest.
Hill is currently at number 96 in the world rankings in his first year in the professional arena.
The match starts at 2.30pm - the UK Championship is the second most important tournement in the game.
