Course in Notts wet and muddy
A smaller-then-usual contingent of Manx athletes are competing in the English National Cross Country Championships today.
Andy Fox and Stephen Garrett are in the senior men's race, Sarah Astin (representing City of Norwich AC) lines up in the senior women's race, and Laura Dickinson is in the junior women's race.
Max Costley, who's based in the Southampton, may also compete in the senior men's race.
Several regulars who would normally be taking part have their focus elsewhere at the moment.
The championships are taking place at Woolaton Park in Nottinghamshire, in what will be very wet and muddy conditions: parts of the course were reportedly flooded earlier this week.
