Seven-time TT winner was injured at this year's event
TT rider Michael Rutter has returned home as he continues his recovery from a crash at this year's event.
The seven-time TT winner was injured in an incident at Duke's on the third lap of the Supertwin TT Race 2 on Friday, 6 June.
He was taken to Noble's Hospital and later transferred to The Walton Centre in Liverpool for treatment.
In an update on his social media channels, it's been confirmed the rider has now returned home and is getting 'some much needed rest.'
The Bathams AJN Racing team is thanking everyone who's been part of Rutter's medical care as well supporters for their 'kind words and well wishes.'
