Rally Isle of Man starts this evening with a high class field.
The cars will leave the start ramp near to the Bottleneck Car Park on Douglas Promenade from 6.45pm.
The are four stages tonight, three are at Castletown including one in the reverse direction for the first time, and the other takes in St. Marks, Braaid and Santon.
Manxmen Mark and David Higgins will attract a great deal of attention on home tarmac, but David says he doesn't feel competing in the Isle of Man offers him any advantage:-
