Manx boxer loses tight final
Manx boxer Mathew Rennie has won a silver medal at the Commonwealth Youth Games in Samoa.
He lost a competitive final on a unanimous points decision to Northern Ireland fighter Aidan Walsh.
On social media Rennie says he is "coming home with the silver" but is "gutted it isn't gold but I'll come again stronger, just like to thank everyone who has supported me".
Swimmers Niamh Robinson and Alex Bragazzi finished sixth and eighth respectively in their 200m individual medley finals.
