Six in a row for St. John's

Latest win at Laxey

St. John's made it six wins in a row with a 3-0 at Laxey on Wednesday night.

Harry Rothwell scored two with the other goal coming from Andrew Chadwick.

St. John's are now in 6th place in the Canada Life Premier League table.

A Darren Hudgeon hat-trick helped Old Boys to a 6-1 victory at Union Mills and 3rd place in the table.

Josh Thomas with two and Ian Ramsey were the others on target.

In Division Two, leaders Douglas Athletic dropped points for the first time this season when they were held to a 1-1 draw at Braddan.

They led at the break thanks to a goal from Danny O'Hare but Jamie Spicer equalised two minutes from time with Braddan down to ten men.

Elsewhere, Castletown are setting a tough target for the other promotion chasers - the southerners battled to a 3-2 win at Foxdale with Alex Crawley scoring the winner two minutes from the final whistle.
