There's a chance for all budding Manx Telecom Parish Walk competitors to get some training and race tips from an expert panel this evening.
A "Strictly Parish" evening is being held at the Keyll Darree lecture theatre at Nobles Hospital from five o'clock for a 5.45pm start.
Last year's winner Michael George will be one of the people giving advice.
