Only one visiting crew is coming to the Island to compete in this weekend's Manx Auto Sport Stages Rally which was organised at the last minute when Rally Isle of Man was cancelled.
Nevertheless, there is a very strong local line-up with Nigel and Michaela Cannell leading the 33 cars away.
Other drivers in the field include Steven Quine, George Collister, Andrew Leece, Conor Corkill and Dave Corris.
The event starts at Jurby at 7pm today (Friday), with stages at Andreas, Tholt-y-Will and Brandywell being covered twice, followed by a later run over 'the mountain'.
The rally will resume from the TT Grandstand at 9.30am tomorrow.
