Rider returns from injury
Daniel McCanney had a very successful return to competitive action at the weekend, following injury.
The Manxman won the first round of the British Enduro Championship in Witley, Surrey, just four weeks after breaking his hand.
Speaking to The Sport Package afterwards, he said he had gone into the round just wanting to come away with as many points as he could.
He said he felt a little rusty to start with and his bike endurance was down after a month off, so he was really happy he managed to secure the victory.
The second round of the championship takes place on 12 May in Helmsley, North Yorkshire.
