Rider liaison officer says keeping first-timers safe remains priority
The high pace being set early on at TT 2023 is making it more challenging for newcomers to make their mark this year.
That's according to rider liaison officer, and newcomer coach, Richard 'Milky' Quayle after the bar at the top of the order was raised again during the latest qualifying session.
The leading competitors went over the 133mph mark during Wednesday night's session.
He says. ultimately, his priority is to make sure first-time riders remain safe whilst they look to improve their times:
Junior 600 & Ultra-Lightweight classes coming to Classic TT in 2026
Ben Birchall & Patrick Rosney part ways for 2026
Julian Trummer joins Smith Racing for 2026
