On Air The Afternoon Show Chris Quirk | 3:00pm - 5:30pm

Late Lunch listen again: Deborah James

As today is Howard's last with Christy before Beth returns from hols, he was allowed (as a treat!) to take control of some of the music choices, so today, we had a Jaaazzy Jukebox choice with a weather theme: Louis Armstrong with 'Jeepers Creepers' versus Weather Report's 'Birdland' (with Satchmo winning today); and he chose the brilliant Booker T and the MGs  'Green Onions' as our Soul Starter

- Christy caught up with Deborah James, aka 'Bowel Babe', from the podcast 'You, Me and the Big C', who is on a mission to encourage people to consider leaving a legacy to charity in their will, which links in nicely with our Charity of the Week Relay for Life Isle of Man, who fundraise for Cancer Research UK;

- Howard had an update on the progress of Mike Davis, who is mid-swim around the coast of the Island and aiming to complete his challenge over a period of 20 days, to raise money for the Manx Wildlife Trust and Blue Marine Foundation - you can follow his progress and support him here

- and the presenting pair also took on this week's Moghrey Jedoonee Challenge, which tasked them with singing a Manx nursery rhyme live in the studio... you can check out their attempt in the video below.

If you missed any part of today's programme you can listen again at this link for the next 7 days
