On Air Good Friday Breakfast Chris Williams | 6:00am - 10:00am

Late Lunch listen again: Mrs Yorkshire Day!

Christy was joined by Ben Hartley on the programme this afternoon!

they chatted about Laa Luanys - an August 1st Tradition on the Isle of Man, about which Culture Vannin has reshared a wonderful video with Matt Creer (find out more here);

they celebrated Yorkshire Day, the County of the White Rose, with two poems from regular contributor Mrs Yorkshire the Baking Bard and with music from Def Leppard and Human League;

we had a very theatrical and dramatic 'Greatest Hit' from Marc Tyley, with 'Not While I'm Around' from Tim Burton's stunning movie version of the Sweeney Todd musical;

the show kicked off with Soul Starter "Shackles (Praise You)" by Mary Mary from 1999;

and the Jukebox was a battle of the balladeers, with Retro tune 'When you say nothing at all' from Ronan Keating and brand new single 'How do you Sleep?' from man of the moment Sam Smith.

If you missed any part of today's programme you can listen again at this link for the next 7 days.
