Dalby Harvest Afternoon Cream Teas

in the schoolrooms :

from 2.30pm on Sun 6th October

 

We’d love you to come and join us as we celebrate our country Harvest with an afternoon tea by the fireside in Dalby schoolrooms.

The church and schoolrooms will be decorated throughout, and tea with a varied selection of homemade sandwiches, cakes, meringues and cream scones will be served from 2.30pm.

NB> This is by prior booking only @£10  per person, to reserve seats please ring Gilly on 844031

If you are booking as a group,  please book all members at the same time so that we can seat you together, and let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. There will be homemade produce and cakes also available for sale.

Proceeds after costs will go to our two charities of the year: Mannin Sepsis and the Pahar Trust Nepal, as well as the Church Restoration Fund.

There will be reflections by different speakers and farmers who will share their own harvest stories .

There is no set charge for ISN meetings though a suggested voluntary donation of £10 helps towards expenses. However, no one is EVER asked for money (we just provide a basket for voluntary donations) so please DO NOT stay away for financial reasons.
