Women Today: a very Beano Christmas; Swing in the Isle; Engine House art exhibition

On today's show, we spoke to Maxine Cannon who reminded us that it’s ‘Better by Letter', particularly during the festive period, and how the 80th anniversary of 'The Beano' is being celebrated by the Isle of Man Post Office through an exclusive comic strip that has been created to tell the story of Dennis & Gnasher’s time on the Isle of Man for Christmas.

- We spoke with Jane Hall from Manx Art Directory about The Engine House's current exhibitions which includes artwork from Chrissie Moss and Sally Black. The Engine House is described as a “vibrant incubator and landing zone” for companies in the arts, media and tech sectors.

- and Swing dancing has taken London and Brighton by storm and now it's getting the Island moving too! We spoke to Grainne Sheard and Natasha Brown about tonight's taster session and also workshops being run by the group 'Swing in the Isle' this weekend.
