We talked about mental wellbeing on the show today. We were joined by Liam Reynolds, who as part of his own mental health journey, started a series of running sessions to get people active and crucially, get them talking.
Tomorrow is 'Time to Change Day' which aims to get us all talking more about mental health issues and in the show we heard from Ramsey Grammar School who are holding a social event for pupils and staff.
And along with Let's Run Isle of Man, Liam has organised a run tonight on Douglas Prom. You need to register beforehand, it starts at 18:30 at the Bottleneck car Park. More details on his Facebook Page Liam's RunTogether.
Lots of people got in touch to share their own experiences today, and gave us their suggestions for how they cope when they're having a bad day.
To listen back to the show for next week you can find it here.
And if you've been affected by anything in today's show, the message really is speak to someone. Your GP is always a good first point of call. For emergencies the Crisis Response team can be contacted 24 hours a day on 642860.
