Siobhán Fletcher

Siobhán is a multimedia journalist and producer in the Manx Radio Newsroom. She also presents the Saturday Live Lounge once a month.

Originally from Widnes, she studied a BA in American and Canadian Literature, History and Culture at the University of Nottingham (and for a year at the University of Calgary in Canada) before completing her NCTJ alongside her MA in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Salford.

She moved to the island, which she now calls home, in May 2021, and lives here with her wife Elisha and dog Nomi.

In 2023 she won the ‘Best Interview' category at the Commercial Radio News Awards, held in association with IRN and Sky News. The win was for her Island Life programme ‘Whispicity’ which focussed on the Atzori family and their decision to release their son Cody’s music following his death.

Outside of Manx Radio, it’s a safe bet you will probably find her at a gig!
