The First Point Community Portal is a new digital service for our community to provide peace of mind during emergency situations.

The First Point Community Portal is a secure, online, password-protected website that allows people who may experience day to day difficulties such as living with dementia, having physical limitations or mental health issues, or the older generation living alone to create profiles with vital information about themselves that are only accessible by emergency services personnel during emergency situations.

We believe the First Point Community Portal will make a difference to the lives of Isle of Man residents who may need additional support.

We will have a stand at M&S to tell our community about the newly launched project and to demonstrate how emergency services personnel will use the system.
