8 Week beginners class for learning Karate
The Isle of Man Karate Federation are running a beginners class starting at 7pm on Wednesday 6th Sept for all ages. The children's class will run from 7pm till 8pm and the adults 7pm till 9pm. The course will run for 8 weeks although if you miss a class we will be able to catch you up. The course aims to teach all the basics of Karate and build up your knowledge, confidence and ability as it progresses.
