Ferry firm brings show set to Island
The Steam Packet Company has waved a magic wand to ensure a visual thrill awaits audiences at this year's Christmas pantomine at the Gaiety Theatre.
The comany is sponsoring Parker and Snell's production of Sleeping Beauty by shipping the entire stage set from a professional theatrical firm in the UK.
The shipment will include back cloths, portals, the royal palace and the maleficant's lair.
Steam Packet Chief Exeuctive Mark Woodward said: "Moving a full set is a large undertaking and we are only too glad to help."
