
A major shake-up of the Isle of Man's telecommunications and broadcasting regulations is being backed by a representative of one of the phone companies which operates here.
The current legislation was drawn up in the pre-internet, pre-digital era, and a public consultation was recently held on updating the rules controlling the industry.
