A serious accident in Kirk Michael led to the main road through the village being closed for several hours.
It happened near the Michael Car Centre at around 18:15 on Monday.
Bus service number 5 and 6 have been stopped at Douglas Road Corner and a shuttle service provided from Ramsey to Kirk Michael as per the timetable for the remainder of the evening.
Efforts have been made to give residents access to their properties, and all drivers have been thanked for their patience.
