Admits 14 theft offences
A Port Erin man who stole more than £2million while he worked as a director of a trust firm will be sentenced later today (Friday).
Sixty-three year-old Richard Alan Costain of Shirragh Way stole the money between 2004 and 2014.
The former accountant, who has no previous convictions, pleaded guilty to 14 separate offences of theft at an earlier hearing.
He’s since been remanded in custody.
