Hospice and Motiv8 looking for volunteers
Two charities have joined forces to offer a coast-to-coast cycling challenge in Scotland.
The John Muir Way trip is being hosted by Hospice Isle of Man and Motiv8 and will see riders travel from Helensburgh to Dunbar over 134 miles.
People signing up will commit to donating a minimum £400 for the organisations.
Richard Fletcher is from Hospice and Paula Gelling is the Deputy Director at Motiv8.
They say charities need to find alternative ways to raise money:

Up to 10 people can sign up for the trip.
Paula and Richard explain why they think riders should sign up:
John Muir, who was born in Dunbar, is considered the 'father' of national parks, whose activism helped preserve Yosemite Valley and Sequoia National Park in the United States.
All money spent by individuals looking to take part will go directly into the charities.
Richard and Paula explain how it will help:
The event will take place on 31 July - 4 August.
