Clatterbridge treatment halves in 2020

MHK says Manx patients must be given best possible treatment

The number of radiotherapy sessions received by Manx patients at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre has halved in 2020.

During the 2019-20 financial year, more than 3,300 treatments were delivered at the Merseyside hospital - that fell to 706 between April and August this year.

The figures were requested by Onchan MHK Julie Edge.

She says it's vital Manx residents have access to the best treatment:
