Infrastructure minister says a project review is pending
The refurbishment of Douglas Promenade may not be completed by the target date of the end of March 2021.
Infrastructure Minister Tim Baker admits the further delay to the reopening of Broadway is "very disappointing".
It's been caused by the need to safely remove the old gas main.
Meanwhile, speaking to Manx Radio's Tim Glover, Mr Baker says a review of all the work still required on the entire promenade project is taking place:
