Minister says boards have made an impact since 2018 introduction
The Enterprise Minister insists the agencies within his department have taken action over the last 18 months.
The Department for Enterprise introduced executive agencies in 2018, overseeing a number of areas including Digital and Finance.
Two are now seeking new non-executive chairs for a two-year term.
