First-time buyer schemes 'need to be revised'

Housing market and cost of living pricing first-time buyers out of market, says estate agent

Government's current housing support schemes don't offer enough support to first-time buyers.

That's the view of an estate agent discussing the challenges those looking for their first homes face, particularly given the recent rise in the cost of living.

Plans to tackle housing issues on the Island were recently published, including providing additional support for first-time buyers.
