Rain cancelled yesterday's practice sessions

It's hoped qualifying for TT 2025 can get underway today (27 May) after disruption to yesterday's opening sessions.

Only the newcomers' speed controlled lap took place on Monday due to poor weather with remaining solo and sidecar practice cancelled.

It's currently planned qualifying will get underway this evening for all classes with roads around the Snaefell Mountain Course to start closing from 4.45pm.

However, organisers are warning further adverse conditions are currently expected.

Race Schedule

Looking ahead to today, the Mountain Road is due to shut from 4.45pm with all roads around the Snaefell Mountain Course then scheduled to close by 6pm.

However, wet conditions are forecast throughout the evening and afternoon, which would disrupt the scheduled qualifying session.

If all does go ahead, at 6.30pm, the Superbike/Superstock will run for qualifying; an hour later the Supersport and Supertwin are due to head out followed by the sidecars at 8.10pm.

Roads will then reopen no later than 9.30pm.

A further update on the schedule will by made by 12pm this afternoon.
