AG's chambers say direction notice wasn't robust enough
Guidance issued to visiting key workers from Jersey who failed to stick to self-isolation rules wasn't clear enough to allow for an effective prosecution.
The Attorney General's chambers decided the group will face no further action following an investigation by the police.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle was asked to provide an update at this week's sitting of the House of Keys.
He says the information given to visitors was changed following this case:
